I put the wrong address on my order .what should l do ?
Please be careful when entering your shipping address , Gauti Galore will not be responsibe for orders set to the wrong address .

We ship orders within 24 hours , to change product variant on a placed order you need to conatct us within 12 hours . If you are confused about product size contact us before purchase on the live chat or via email admin@gauti-galore.com
Why did I receive a cancellation / out of stock notification after I successfully placed an order?
In a rare occassion that a product runs out of stock while you purchase . we will issue an emmediate full refund . And tell you when the product will be replenished.
I want to cancel my order ?
We ship orders within 24hours , if you want to cancel an order you must do it within the first 12 hours after your purchase .Contact us or use the live chat support for more help .
My items are damaged , what should l do ?
Please contact us immediately , within 48 hours receiving the order admin@gauti-galore.com .Please provide us with the order number and multiple photos of the damaged product\s .

We offer Free returns to Russia , Spain , USA , Canada , Australia , UK , France , Germany .
If you recieve the wrong size , style or badly damaged clothes .We can send you another product or issue a refund .If you do not like the goods after recieving them you can return them but you will need to bear the freight cost and customs duties to send it back to our warehouse .
